A woman filed a lawsuit against a dental chain who she claimed caused permanent injury by placing an ill-fitting dental bridge that contained toxic levels of lead. Faye Lewis filed the suit against Aspen Dental and two of their dentists for negligence.
She claims her jaw now slips out of place, swells and her teeth don’t meet. She now wears a special appliance for TMJ disorder.

Dr. Robert Pierre Antoin Louis
Dr. Robert Pierre Antoine Louis, of Spanish Fort, was arrested at the Attorney General’s Office in Montgomery by agents of the Alabama Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, a division of that Office.
Louis, 56, operates dental practices in Evergreen and Fort Deposit. The Attorney General’s Office alleges that, in October and November of 2008, Louis approached the administrators of seven public schools and offered free dental screenings for…
