4th NJ dentist guilty of defrauding Medicaid

Last month, Anna Padva-German, 47, of Secaucus, NJ, a dentist employed by  New Jersey Mobile Dentist P.A. pleaded guilty to third degree Medicaid fraud in Superior Court. The charge stems from an ongoing investigation by the Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Michigan office manager sentenced to 11 months for embezzlement

Melissa Kay Grawey, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement or $20,000 or more, which carries a maximum penalty of 10-year.

Kentucky dentist sent to prison for Medicaid fraud

Craig Ralston, 47, has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges that he defrauded the Kentucky Medicaid Program and trafficked in hydrocodone. HE was ordered to pay $4,900 in restitution to the Kentucky Medicaid Program and $3,000 in investigative costs for the attorney general’s office.

Shane Carlson, 26 years-old, was arrested this week during a traffic stop near Eugene, Ore. He was driving a U-Haul with expired tags and was carrying with him multiple licenses.
