Another lawsuit against GSK over Super PoliGrip

Poligrip 200A Texas man has filed a lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline alleging that Super PoliGrip denture adhesive has caused his neuropathy. GSK has been hit with many lawsuits claiming that the zinc-containing denture cream causes neuropathy, zinc poisoning, and copper depletion.

These lawsuits allege that these injuries and disabilities are a result of the defects in the Super PoliGrip products, as well as negligence on the part of GlaxoSmithKline and its subsidiaries.

This lawsuit has been consolidated in the Denture Cream Products Liability Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
