		<description><![CDATA[<p>A federal judge ruled in favor of five dentists accused of Medicaid fraud, which will allow them to resume their practices, including treating Medicaid patients. They were charged in June with multiple counts of taking kickbacks for referring Medicaid beneficiaries to oral surgeon Gary Morgan Schwarz, D.D.S., in exchange for 15% of the total payment made by Medicaid to Dr. Schwarz for all referred patients.</p>

<p>A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against gum giant Wrigley in the US, where the gum maker had claimed its Eclipse products had germ-killing properties.</p>
