TotalBeauty.com rated U.S. cities to find the cities with the worst teeth. The list was compiled by Irwin Smigel D.D.S., founder and president of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. Cities were rated by the following criteria: regular dentist visits, smoking habits, coffee intake, soda and red wine intake, and brushing and flossing habits. Other factors, like water quality or a dry climate also played a part in making the rankings.
