They were charged in June with multiple counts of taking kickbacks for referring Medicaid beneficiaries to oral surgeon Gary Morgan Schwarz, D.D.S., in exchange for 15% of the total payment made by Medicaid to Dr. Schwarz for all referred patients.

Eclipse can't use 'Natural Germ Killing' claims anymore

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against gum giant Wrigley in the US, where the gum maker had claimed its Eclipse products had germ-killing properties.

Oral surgeon Dr. Gary Schwarz
