Ohio Dental Office Explodes
A dentist’s office in Huber Heights, Ohio exploded Thursday afternoon. The building is a house that has been converted into the dental office, but only used a couple days a week. The office was closed Thursday, so the building was empty and no injuries were reported.
When firefighters arrived just after 3:00, they found the structure knocked off its foundation with flames shooting through the roof. It took crews about 30 minutes to bring the fire under control.
Investigators are searching the building looking for any clues as to what may have caused the explosion. Huber Heights Fire Chief Scott Hall said they were called out earlier Thursday on reports of an odor of natural gas in the area.
