Emily Marie Forbes, 48, pleaded guilty Tuesday to guilty to elder financial abuse, burglary, grand theft, forgery and identity theft. Miami-Dade police arrested, Eduardo Manuel Yglesias, 57, for practicing dentistry without a license. Acting on a tip, police began to investigate Yglesias and discovered he was only licensed as a dental radiographer, not as a dentist.
