Australian man accused of ‘killing’ wife after dental surgery

The husband of a healthy Melbourne businesswoman is accused of killing her by not getting her medical treatment after complications from dental surgery.

Duncan Tang was charged with manslaughter after his wife died in August 2006, from diabetic ketacidosis. Prosecutors claim Mr. Tang was ”criminally responsible for the death due to his complete inaction in obtaining medical treatment for his wife”.
