New Zealand dentist guilty of sex-case charge

The New Zealand Dentists Disciplinary Tribunal found a dentist guilty of professional misconduct over a 2001 incident in which he forced a female patient to touch his penis while she was sedated. Two similar complaints against the dentist, relating to incidents in 1984 and 1989, were not upheld because of lack of proof.
